Star Buffet offers a diverse range of international cuisine, seafood and mouth-watering desserts. The buffet features over 100 dishes daily that are regularly rotated to maintain a vast variety of choice using the best seasonal products. The mouth-watering menu will ensure that there is a dish to satisfy your appetite!
SEAFOOD & SALAD STATION
An extensive seafood selection such as prawns, smoked salmon, crab legs, mussels, scallops, octopus, and squid. The varieties of classic and contemporary salads available in the salad station are prepared from fresh market ingredients. The seafood selection available depends on the meal session. SOUP, HOT BUFFET AND CARVERY STATION
Fish, seafood, beef, pork, lamb, chicken and pasta are prepared with intensive flavours in the hot buffet station. Succulent beef, pork, lamb or ham is available in the Carvery Station served with seasonal vegetables, freshly baked potatoes and all your favourite sauces and condiments. There is also a selection of soup choices such as sweet corn soup, Wonton and pumpkin soup.
Enjoy a variety of delicious Asian stir fry dishes prepared daily by our chefs. Satay chicken, Mongolian Beef, chilli mussels, with our special fried rice, noodles and a range of Dim Sims and hot steamed buns.
CHINESE BBQ STATION
A traditional Chinese BBQ cooking with the secret of marinating, it gives you the best quality of roasted duck, Char Sui (BBQ Pork), crispy pork belly, honey soy chicken and more.
From a range of simple Nori rolls, hand rolls and sushi, through to different types of salads, it’s all available on our non-stop Sushi Bar.
