Victory in the Pacific Day, also known as VP Day, commemorates Japan’s unconditional surrender to the Allies on 15 August 1945, marking the end of the Second World War in the Pacific.
This Saturday, Seven Hills Toongabbie Wentworthville RSL Sub-Branch invites our community to come together to commemorate the 81st anniversary of Victory in the Pacific and recognise all those who served and contributed to Australia’s war effort.
